With over 20 years of experience, Lorraine Copes has held senior leadership roles in procurement for top global hospitality brands.

In 2018, during a career break, Lorraine pivoted away from her procurement career. She pursued transformational life coaching at the accredited Animas coaching school.

In 2020, Lorraine founded Be Inclusive Hospitality, a ground-breaking organisation committed to promoting inclusion within the hospitality sector. Through research, community initiatives, and partnerships, Be Inclusive Hospitality drives change towards collaboration.

The business was born out of Lorraine’s love for the hospitality industry and her eagerness to shape its future into one that is fair and inclusive for all. Her passion for hospitality, food, and drink started in her childhood, growing up in a Jamaican household where food and culture played a central role.

Lorraine’s career in procurement and hospitality leadership allowed her to explore the commercial side of food, drink, and hospitality globally.

Today, Lorraine is an Entrepreneur, Board Member, Speaker, Writer, Coach, Consultant, and Judge.

A self-described epicurean and champagne lover, Lorraine is a lifelong learner and a passionate advocate for culture and continuous improvement.
