Lorraine entered the hospitality industry in the pub sector in the early 2000s, building a successful career in procurement and buying food and drink both nationally and globally for leading hospitality brands.

In 2020, she founded Be Inclusive Hospitality, a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to accelerating race equity across the hospitality, food, and drink sector. Through industry-leading research, community empowerment, and strategic partnerships, Be Inclusive Hospitality drives meaningful, measurable change across the industry.

Lorraine has been recognised for her leadership and impact by GQ, Condé Nast, NatWest, Pioneers Post, and CODE Hospitality.

Alongside her role as Founder and CEO of Be Inclusive Hospitality, she is a respected awards judge for leading brands and platforms, including Veuve Clicquot, Uber Eats, Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Business Awards, and Hotel Magazine Awards.

She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Wine and Spirit Trade Association (WSTA) and works as a fractional director and advisor to regional and national hospitality operators.
